As technical support engineer for ClearAccess, you will be responsible for supporting ClearAccess service provider customers and providing support for our hosted services platform.
The principal job responsibilities include:
- Support 24x7 NOC ASP application.
- Customer Support: Troubleshoot and resolve support issues for
service provider customers.
- System Test.
Qualifications:
- BA or BS preferred but not required
- Strong IP skills and experience
- Experience with Linux and database skills
- Experience with network management and troubleshooting
- VoIP/SIP skills a plus
- Desire to learn and high level of tenacity
- Excellent people skills
