As technical support engineer for ClearAccess, you will be responsible for supporting ClearAccess service provider customers and providing support for our hosted services platform.

The principal job responsibilities include:

  • Support 24x7 NOC ASP application.
  • Customer Support: Troubleshoot and resolve support issues for
    service provider customers.
  • System Test.
Qualifications:
  • BA or BS preferred but not required
  • Strong IP skills and experience
  • Experience with Linux and database skills
  • Experience with network management and troubleshooting
  • VoIP/SIP skills a plus
  • Desire to learn and high level of tenacity
  • Excellent people skills
