ClearAccess is an exciting growth company in the broadband products and services business seeking a talented Support/QA Engineer.
Your daily tasks will comprise:
- 'Tier 2' type technical support: troubleshooting complex customer
issues, reproduce network situations etc
- Testing our different solutions: server and client
- Build automated tests
- Build interoperability tests for 3rd party hardware
Teamwork and communication skills are highly regarded at ClearAccess.
Qualifications:
- Acute troubleshooting skills
- Networking industry knowledge
- Data networking protocols and technologies experience (DSL, TCP,
VoIP, IPTv etc)
- Experience with testing methodologies, building test plans, test scripts
- 'Can do' attitude
- Desire to work in a startup environment and take ownership of results
- Strong communication skills and team orientation
- Ideal candidates would be based in Portland, OR or Vancouver, WA.
