ClearAccess is an exciting growth company in the broadband products and services business seeking a talented Support/QA Engineer.

Your daily tasks will comprise:

  • 'Tier 2' type technical support: troubleshooting complex customer
    issues, reproduce network situations etc
  • Testing our different solutions: server and client
  • Build automated tests
  • Build interoperability tests for 3rd party hardware
Teamwork and communication skills are highly regarded at ClearAccess.

Qualifications:

  • Acute troubleshooting skills
  • Networking industry knowledge
  • Data networking protocols and technologies experience (DSL, TCP,
    VoIP, IPTv etc)
  • Experience with testing methodologies, building test plans, test scripts
  • 'Can do' attitude
  • Desire to work in a startup environment and take ownership of results
  • Strong communication skills and team orientation
  • Ideal candidates would be based in Portland, OR or Vancouver, WA.
