How do I access the modem’s GUI?


Your ClearAccess modem’s GUI is accessible by opening your web browser and typing the word ClearView in the address bar

Upon accessing the modem’s GUI page clearview, on the left Main Menu, click on the item Reset Gateway and follow the instructions presented.

How do I upgrade my ClearAccess modem to enable the wireless functionality?


Your ClearAccess AG10W modem has built-in wireless capabilities. In order to enable wireless in your modem, you will need to upgrade your current service package with your service provider to any of the following levels: Centaurus, Orion or Phoenix. Please call your service provider and ask for any of these wireless-ready constellations!

I lost my wireless WEP key


Upon accessing the modem’s GUI page ClearView, on the left Main Menu, click on the item Wireless Setup; a new page will be displayed containing data relevant to your modem’s configuration including the WEP Key. If you are unable to find the WEP key through this process please contact your service provider’s help desk who will be able to access your WEP key from the ClearVision management system.

How do I change wireless settings?


Upon accessing the modem’s GUI page clearview, on the left Main Menu, click on the item Wireless Setup; a new page will be displayed containing all the relevant parameters regarding your modem’s wireless configuration. Change any of the fields on this page to the desired value and then click the button Apply. In order to go back to ClearView open a new web browser page and type ClearView in the address bar.
